Hilton Prague Hotel

This venue's exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. the luxurious spa lounge provided an exquisite massage and facial treatment. the spacious treatment room had a tranquil atmosphere and a comfortable heated swimming pool. the restaurant served an outstanding dinner, offering a wide range of buffet breakfast options, as well as special diet menus. the sun terrace had sun loungers, providing a relaxing atmosphere with a breathtaking view.

The packed lunches were poor and there was no snack bar available. this hotel's location advantages compensated for this minor issue.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food options. the friendly and courteous staff also stood out, ensuring that my needs were met and providing helpful assistance whenever required. Additionally, the modern and spacious rooms, along with the great gym and swimming pool facilities, added to the overall positive experience.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were less than ideal. the lack of proper communication regarding the noise from the atrium stage rehearsals was disappointing.

Rooms and amenities were great and I especially appreciated that the place was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely and the views were unbelievable. As far as I remember high speed internet access was available in all rooms. The restaurant was good and the food was appetising.

Spotless and relaxing place, flexible staff. The room is well-appointed with a comfy bed and marvellous views. The location is decent, 1 mile from a cultural monument.

hilton made our prague stay unforgettable! perfect location, walking distance to attractions. staff was friendly, check-in smooth. concierge saved us! only thing missing: more variety for breakfast.

Loved the spacious lobby with beautiful decor and the delicious breakfast buffet. I appreciated the shuttle service to Old Town Square, but also found the nearby subway easy to navigate.

freshly renovated units with a king size bed. you won't be disappointed if you stay in prague 8 district.

Parking is terribly expensive, prices from space

The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with a great breakfast. There are gift shops, an ATM, and a currency converter in the lobby. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet.

The facilities: swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, at the top! Hotel very beautiful, the large room under a glass roof is magnificent. Nice staff.

The exorbitant price of breakfasts (25€ from 12 years old). Hotel to be avoided during the period of works, the noise of the drill from 10 am is unbearable!

The hotel is ultimate with good pool and easy location close to the metro. Rooftop bar, non-smoking room with espresso, slippers.

The Hilton exceeded all expectations with its top-notch service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was attentive and even answered our late-night questions with humor. The hotel's convenient location and great food made our stay even better. We will definitely be staying here again.

Felt great, nothing too much trouble.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Prague for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious rooms equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, with all the local attractions within walking distance and a metro station right outside. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the security measures in place were excellent. I also loved the breakfast options, they were varied and delicious. Additionally, the Sky Lounge on the top floor offered breathtaking views of the city.

I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hilton hotel, clean and tidy rooms. Service at the reception desk is extremely nice and helpful even when "tested" by returning guests in the morning :). Nice equipped fitness center even with a squash court! Bar on the top floor with a pleasant view and very good service.

The assigned room in the furthest possible part of the floor - rooms arranged as if around the main inner courtyard of the hotel, however, the elevator is only at one point, which forces long walks in case of necessity to return to the room. You can already see a slight tooth of time - mainly in the beer garden (fountain, technorattan garden furniture). The pool is smaller than it seems after the pictures. The warning associated with the coronavirus pandemic is understandable, but unfortunately it has also affected the opening hours of e.g. a café.

Good location

A lot of repair noise. . When I arrived I requested Late Check Out but they didn't have it written down in the system and were knocking on the door and talking to my room.

We had a fantastic five-day stay at a family-friendly hotel with great service. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from central attractions such as the Old Town Square. We were also able to easily access the city center using the nearby metro or tram. There was even a supermarket close by for any necessary supplies. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff at reception and the wellness center were incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the fast WiFi. We also had the opportunity to visit the amazing Cloud bar on the top floor, which was definitely worth a visit.

We did experience some issues with the room cleaning service. We had to request daily cleaning and basic supplies like shower gel and toilet paper at the reception desk, which was a bit inconvenient.

Conveniently situated with spacious, cozy rooms. Friendly, responsive, and accommodating staff. Easy access to transportation and free parking at the hotel. Clean environment. Good breakfast with attentive service.

Swimming pool very pretty puts too small for such a big hotel ... Swimming pool with too short hours and not accessible in the afternoon which causes a lot of people at the same time in the pool.

my weekend stay at this hotel was excellent. the buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of freshly made fried eggs and omelets. the room was comfortable and well, equipped. I also appreciated the convenient location, with a nearby metro/tram stop that made it easy to explore the city.

The location, it was a bit further from the main tourist areas of the city, but Uber rides were cheap and readily available. the check, in and check, out process was also quite lengthy, especially during peak hours.

Breakfast was very tasty and exceptionally served until 11:00 a.m., which is a big plus :) beds very comfortable, comfort in the room definitely a plus !

Too small a swimming pool, which was associated with the queue to the deckchairs, and cold water... no Jacuzzi, which is a big disadvantage on frosty days.

We had chosen this hotel for the sauna and swimming pool so that we could relax. Unfortunately we had the bad surprise that the sauna was under construction... swimming pool open from 7 am to 10 am in the morning and in the evening from 7 pm to 10 pm... it would have been wise to warn us before and in this case we would have chosen another hotel... too bad...

This hotel is in a great location, close to the brewery where we tasted different kinds of homemade beer. We also loved being near the river and having easy access to the city center via the subway. The restaurant on the Mezzanine had a beautiful view and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The bathroom had a dated, open type bath that made it difficult to take a simple shower. Additionally, the service was lacking - it took three hours and multiple trips to get missing slippers, and the hotel seemed understaffed.

24 ml of shower gel for 2 people for 3 days: not enough... No room service for 3 days . Elevators out of order all the time. . Coffee machine for breakfast broken down all the time.

I had a great stay at Hilton Prague. The value for money was fantastic and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient, with everything Prague has to offer within reach. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and eager to assist.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed right away. Secondly, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the outside view from my room, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Lastly, the hotel's location was great, just a short walking distance from the city center. This made it convenient for me to explore the city easily. I had a wonderful stay with excellent service, comfortable amenities, and a prime location.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Great facilities, comfortable stay, and helpful staff. The hotel is well-equipped with everything you might need, from a nice Atrium restaurant to a good transportation network. The location is in the city centre but only a short walk away from the Palladium shopping centre. The breakfast selection is amazing too. Moreover, the staff is always friendly and ready to assist you with anything you need.

The establishment was under construction. Impossible to rest during the day until 7pm. An information at the check-in would have been appreciated and a change of room too. For compensation, we were offered a smile and two coffees.

clean and breakfast is very complete. It's not so close to the center but the walk is enjoyable.

We didn't have any towels in the bathrooms. The hotel is made for a lot of people so if you are bothered by the pileup this hotel is not for you.

The staff at the reception, especially Christos, were excellent, very kind, and always willing to help. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with lots of options to choose from. The rooms were well appointed and clean. We appreciated the upgrade to two double rooms with an adjoining door. The hotel held our bags when we arrived early, and the pool was a nice bonus for families. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and the old town.

The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The express checkout option was very convenient, saving me time and hassle. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful facilities, great service, and central location.
